Ingredients
  • boiled potatoes - 160 g
  • boiled carrots - 160 g
  • pickled cucumbers - 160 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • cancerous necks - 80 g
  • canned peas - 155 g
  • red caviar - 50 g
  • homemade mayonnaise - 100 g
  • green onions - 3 g
  • egg yolks - 2-3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 tsp. without top
  • salt - ¼ tsp.
  • table mustard - ½ tsp.
  • lemon juice - to taste
  • Extra Virgin olive oil - 200 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare homemade mayonnaise. Mix the yolks thoroughly with sugar, salt and mustard. Gradually adding a little olive oil, carefully emulsify the ingredients in a circular motion to one side. At the end, the amount of oil poured in can be increased, but at first add it in a thin stream, very carefully. At the end, add lemon juice to the emulsion, mix thoroughly again and put the mayonnaise in the refrigerator for a short time so that the sauce thickens a little.
Step 2
Dice vegetables, boiled eggs and crayfish tails.
Step 3
Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add salt and stir.
Step 4
Add canned peas and red caviar. Mix gently.
