Puff salad with chicken and mushrooms "Yolochka"
Delicious and hearty puff salad with chicken and mushrooms for the New Year's table.
Ingredients
- boiled chicken egg 3 pcs.
- boiled chicken fillet 1 pc.
- sterilized champignons 120 g
- boiled potatoes 2 pcs.
- cheese 100 g
- Povansal mayonnaise "Maheev" 200 ml
- green peas 2 tbsp
- sweet red pepper 0.25 pcs.
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- clove of garlic 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grease the bottom of the salad bowl with mayonnaise. Put the grated potatoes on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Lubricate with mayonnaise. Grease all layers except the last one with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Finely chop the chicken fillet. Put in a salad bowl.
Step 4
The next layer is cut sterilized champignons.
