Delicious meat salad for a men's company, a worthy substitute for barbecue.

Ingredients
  • chicken fillet 500 g
  • onion (medium) 3 pcs.
  • vegetable oil 50 ml
  • salt (for marinade) 1 tablespoon
  • sugar (for marinade) 2 tablespoons
  • vinegar (table 9%) 150 ml
  • bay leaf 3 pcs.
  • water 600 ml
  • ketchup 300 ml

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small pieces, then pour boiling water over the meat so that the meat is completely covered with water. Stir and leave covered for 30 minutes. Then discard the fillet pieces in a colander.
Step 2
To prepare the marinade, boil 600 ml of water, add 1 tbsp. l. salt (with a slide) and 2 tbsp. l. (to the edges) sugar, bay leaf and peppercorns, boil for 5 minutes, then pour in 150 ml of vinegar, remove from heat.
Step 3
Put the meat in the hot marinade, marinate for 4 hours under the lid.
Step 4
Cut the onion into half rings, fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Add ketchup, stir, heat for 3 minutes. Cool the filling. Drain the marinade from the meat and mix with the filling.
