STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Prepare the ingredients for the casserole. Separate the flesh of the boiled chicken from the bone and cut into small pieces. Wash the parsley, dry it and tear off the leaves. Chop finely.
Make a boiled chicken and tomato casserole. Cut the leek stalks in half lengthwise and rinse thoroughly to remove the sand. Cut into thin half rings. Melt the butter in a skillet and lightly brown the leeks.
Sprinkle with flour and stir. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add sour cream, provencal herbs, grated lemon zest and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, stir and bring to a boil.
Add pieces of boiled chicken to the resulting sour cream sauce and mix. You can add a little salt and pepper if necessary. Transfer to a baking dish.
Wash the tomatoes for the casserole and remove the stems. Cut the fruits into thin slices. Place them in a pan on top of the boiled chicken sour cream sauce.
Mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese. Sprinkle a layer of tomatoes in a mold. Cook the boiled chicken casserole in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve hot.
