Quail in a royal way
Delicious quail in "Tsarskoye" sauce. In the original, the sauce is called "Barskiy", but in my version, instead of tomato paste, I substituted TM "Maheev" ketchup and honey for TM "Maheev" jam. This dish can be prepared for lunch, dinner, and quails look impressive on the festive table.
Ingredients
- ketchup TM "Maheev" 100 g
- adjika 2 tbsp
- olive oil 50 ml
- garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
- jam TM "Maheev" 2 tbsp.
- 1 pinch salt
- quail 6 pcs.
- parsley 1 tbsp.

Step 1
Let's prepare the main ingredients.

Let's measure out the ketchup, adjika, rub the garlic, add parsley, jam TM "Maheev" (I took the taste of peach-mango).
Step 3
Pour in the olive oil and stir the sauce.
Step 4
Marinate the quails in the sauce for at least 3 hours. Better at night.
Step 5
After 3 hours, put the quail on a baking sheet, grease with the remaining sauce. We bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 50 minutes.
