Glass noodles with chicken, vegetables and chapche sauce

Chapche is a festive Korean dish cooked in a special spicy sauce. Actually, this name belongs to the sauce. Each Korean housewife has her own signature japcha recipe, but any base of it almost always has natural soy sauce in combination with various seasonings. Chef Alexander Kan offers his own version of chapche for glass noodles with chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients
  • chicken thigh fillet - 280 g
  • bell pepper - 120g
  • fresh carrots - 80g
  • Chinese cabbage - 200g
  • glass noodles (ready-made) - 520g
  • chapche sauce - 280g
  • Kochudyan pasta - 40g
  • water - 400g
  • sugar - 20g
  • sesame oil -24g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the chapche sauce thoroughly.
Step 2
Cut the chicken thigh fillet and vegetables into strips and fry in oil. Then add the finished glass noodles and mix everything. When serving, pour over the chapche sauce.
