Lagman at home
Nutritious soup for an autumn lunch
Ingredients
- pork (beef) 600 g
- radish 1 pc.
- red pepper 1 pc.
- tomatoes 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- zucchini 200 g
- noodles for lagman 200 g
- water 400-500 ml
- carrots 1 pc.
- salt, spices g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces and fry for 10 minutes in a pan.
Step 2
We cut the bell pepper, three radish, carrots. Cut the courgettes into small slices.
Step 3
Add onion, pepper, zucchini, radish, carrots to the meat.
Step 4
Finely chop the tomatoes and add to the meat. Salt and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer to a saucepan for the meat and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes.
Step 6
Then add the boiled noodles.
