Stuffed eggplant
Ingredients
- eggplant 2 pcs.
- salt to taste
- pepper mix KOTANYI-to taste
- Seasoning "Bird on charcoal" KOTANYI-to taste
- minced chicken 200 g
- onion 1/2 pc.
- garlic, clove 1 pc.
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- cut tomatoes in their own juice 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Add salt, pepper mixture, Poultry on Charcoal seasoning, chopped garlic and onion to the minced meat. Mix.
Step 2
Wash and dry the eggplants.
Step 3
Cut the eggplant skin into strips using a peeler.
Step 4
Cut the eggplants obliquely from one side.
Step 5
Insert a small portion of minced meat into the cuts. Place the eggplants in prepared baking dishes. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil, lightly salt and pepper to taste. Dilute tomatoes in their own juice with water and pour into a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender (about 30 minutes). Enjoy your meal!
