Eggplant appetizer
Ingredients
- eggplant 2 pcs.
- ketchup 4 tbsp
- wine vinegar 6% 1 tbsp
- garlic 2 pcs.
- coriander 1 tsp.
- sugar 1 tsp.
- 1 pinch walnut
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except eggplant in a saucepan, cook for a couple of minutes /
Step 2
Cut the eggplants, salt, wait a few minutes, simmer until tender. Add the sauce and simmer together for a couple of minutes. When cold, it is good with nuts, but hot and without them is excellent)
