One of the most popular dishes of Chechen cuisine. Most often it is made from lamb and beef. Dumplings are made from corn or wheat flour. Ingredients
  • 1-2 kg boneless lamb, beef or chicken
  • 700 g corn or wheat flour
  • 100 g garlic
  • 300 g broth

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Boil fatty lamb or beef in large pieces in salted water. Cut the finished meat into pieces of 50 - 60 g.
Step 2
Boil dumplings in broth, put on a plate, put pieces of meat on top.
Step 3
Serve separately the garlic, mashed with salt and sprinkled with a little fatty broth. Meat broth is served separately.
