Cold seaweed soup
Volumes can be written about the benefits of seaweed. However, what will all the praises be for, isn't it better to just cook a win-win recipe for cold soup
Ingredients
- seaweed 50 g
- pork 100 g
- soy sauce 5 tbsp
- vinegar 3 tablespoons
- water 6 tablespoons
- garlic 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch (s)
- ground pepper pinch (s)
- sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- greens 1 bunch (s)
- onion 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse the seaweed and soak in warm water until it swells.
Step 2
Then chop and season with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Step 3
Chop the meat finely and stir with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, onions, garlic, vegetable oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Then fry in a dry frying pan and cool. Add the remaining soy sauce and vinegar to the cold water, season with salt and stir.
Step 5
and fill with cold water. Chill the soup before serving, pour into bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
