Sorrel soup
Ingredients
- beef 300 g
- water 1.5 liters
- sorrel 200 g
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- potatoes 200 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
While the meat is boiling, add carrots, onions, bay leaves.
Step 2
Strain the broth and cool the meat.
Step 3
Add potatoes, cut into a block, to the broth.
Step 4
Then add the sorrel, coarsely chopped.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper.
Step 6
At the end add the beef and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Step 7
Serve with sour cream and half an egg.
