Warm salad with potatoes and salmon
A very light and healthy salad with salmon, potatoes and yogurt dressing. Salmon is best steamed to preserve all of its health benefits.
Ingredients
- 700 g young potatoes
- 500 g salmon fillet
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp. l. salad dressings
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped dill
- 1 bunch of spinach
- lemon juice
- vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mustard
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil potatoes in salted water, 25 minutes. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and place in a special dish for steaming or in a double boiler, 8 minutes.
Step 2
Mix together the yogurt, mustard, salad dressing, and 1 tbsp. l. dill. Add salt, black pepper and some lemon juice.
Step 3
Cool potatoes and cut into small pieces. Divide the salmon fillets and combine with potatoes, dressing and spinach. Serve sprinkled with leftover dill.
