Squid with funchese and vegetables
Delicious, light, bright dish with an Asian twist.
Ingredients
- funchose 100 g
- squid 1 pc.
- carrots 0.5 pcs.
- sweet pepper 0.3 pcs.
- fresh cucumber 0.5 pcs.
- 1 clove garlic
- sesame seeds 1 tsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- 2 pcs.
- green onions 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 30 ml
- sesame oil 1 tablespoon
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the squid, pour boiling water over so that the skin comes off easier. Cut it into strips.
Step 2
Grate carrots on a Korean grater. Cut the sweet pepper and cucumber into strips.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with 2 types of oil and garlic. When the garlic starts to brown, remove it. Put the carrots in the oil, in a minute put the bell peppers, in a minute the squid. Stir all the time. Add soy sauce, a little sugar, chili. Cook for another 5 minutes. The vegetables should be crispy.
Step 4
Cook funchose (rice noodles) according to the instructions on the package. For convenience, funchose can be cut with scissors. Send funchose to the pan with vegetables and squid. Cut the green onions diagonally into strips. Disassemble Kanza into leaves.
Step 5
Put funchose with vegetables on a plate, put a straw of fresh cucumber, sprinkle with onions, cilantro, sesame seeds.
