Mücveri- vegetable pancakes

Mücveri are Turkish vegetable pancakes with white cheese. You can put absolutely any grated vegetables there - zucchini, pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, various leaves and herbs. I had young zucchini and carrots available.

Mücveri- vegetable pancakes
Ingredients
  • zucchini (it is better to take dark green, this is for the beauty of color) 700 g
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • potatoes 3 pcs.
  • flour 3 tbsp.
  • egg 1 pc.
  • garlic 2 pcs.
  • finely cut greens (parsley, spinach, dill, green onions, basil) 1/2 bunch (s)
  • feta cheese or feta 100-150 g
  • olive oil
  • black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Zucchini, carrots, potatoes grate for Korean carrots (grate across so that the strips are convenient later for molding pancakes). Put everything in a colander, put it in a deep bowl, leave for 10 minutes to separate the juice.
Step 2
Make a sour cream or yogurt sauce. Haidari or Jadzhik will do. Serve pancakes with sauce.
