Bean ragout with chicken and sausages
If part of your family is fasting and part is not - this is the perfect recipe. Simply fry the chicken and sausages separately, and the beans and vegetables separately. And before serving, mix the contents of two pans for meat eaters.
Ingredients
- 400 g cooked (boiled or canned) white beans
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 400-500 g smoked sausages
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary and thyme
- 100 ml dry white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l. ground paprika
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Brush the chicken fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Remove the leaves of greenery from the twigs (twigs are not needed), chop the leaves. Cut the sausages into slices.
Step 3
Heat some olive oil in a deep saucepan, add chicken and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove chicken to a plate, add oil to a saucepan, add onion and garlic. Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Add sausages to a saucepan, heat for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, stir and pour in white wine. Boil it down and add the beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
