Baked chicken legs stuffed with pickled cucumber
Chicken drumsticks marinated in a mustard marinade from TM Maheev are very juicy and aromatic. Pickled cucumber gives a special piquancy.
Ingredients
- chicken drumsticks 500 g
- pickled cucumber 2 pcs.
- marinade Mustard TM Maheev 100 g
- grained mustard TM Maheev 2 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- seasoning for poultry 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary foods.
Step 2
Prepare marinade for chicken drumsticks from mustard and mustard marinade for TM Maheev chicken, squeezed out through a press of garlic and grilled seasoning.
Step 3
Remove the bone from the drumsticks, trimming where necessary with a knife. Marinate the drumsticks without bone in the prepared marinade for 2-3 hours. Cut the pickled cucumber lengthwise into quarters or halves, depending on the size of the cucumber. Place the cucumbers instead of the bone inside the lower leg.
Step 4
Bake the legs with pickled cucumber in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
