Cauliflower, broccoli, curry
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 150 g flour
- 150 g corn flour
- 80 ml mineral water
- 1 tsp salt
- 500 ml vegetable oil
- 120 g homemade mayonnaise
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
