Cold soup on cucumber brine with cucumbers and fried fish

Ingredients
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 3-4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2-3 strong cucumbers
  • leaves of 2-3 sprigs of parsley and dill plus for serving
  • 3-4 stalks of green onions, plus for serving
  • 1.2-1.5 l cucumber pickle
  • 0.8-1 l of kefir
  • thick country sour cream for serving
  • 250-300 g of fried mushrooms, honey mushrooms are better
  • 500-600 g of fried fish, better than cod

Step 1
