Cold soup on cucumber brine with cucumbers and fried fish
Don't skip soups in the summer. Let them be, just without the fuss around the stove - cook cold soups, for example, this one. All that is needed for him is to cut the ingredients and mix. Just pre-adjust the cucumber and kefir mixture according to your taste preferences. And, of course, the thickness of the soup is on your conscience.
Ingredients
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 3-4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2-3 strong cucumbers
- leaves of 2-3 sprigs of parsley and dill plus for serving
- 3-4 stalks of green onions, plus for serving
- 1.2-1.5 l cucumber pickle
- 0.8-1 l of kefir
- thick country sour cream for serving
- 250-300 g of fried mushrooms, honey mushrooms are better
- 500-600 g of fried fish, better than cod
- salt, freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Cut the potatoes and eggs into small cubes, cucumbers into thin short strips. Finely chop the greens. Combine prepared ingredients in a large bowl
