Beef stroganoff with chanterelles and baked potatoes
This beef Stroganoff has an unusual and pronounced Russian taste. It is not served with mashed potatoes, but on baked potatoes with a delicious crust. Textured beef is cut into thin slices and immersed in a creamy sauce, spiced up by coarse black pepper and baked bell pepper.

- baked potatoes - 480 g
- stewed beef - 400 g
- chanterelles - 200 g
- onion - 60g
- cognac - 20 g
- greens - 40 g
- cream - 160 g
- butter - 80 g
- spices (thyme, rosemary, salt pepper) to taste
