Oyster mushroom and shrimp soup
Delicious and light soup with oriental flavor.
Ingredients
- chicken broth 300 ml
- shrimp 50 g
- oyster mushrooms 80 g
- chicken eggs 1 pc.
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- cilantro 2 sprigs
- miso paste 1 tsp.
- green onions 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cook chicken broth in advance. Finely chop the greens. Cut oyster mushrooms very thinly.
Step 2
Add miso paste and soy sauce to the chicken broth. Add mushrooms and shrimps, cook for 3-4 minutes. Drive the egg into the boiling soup and mix gently, as if creating a whirlpool.
Step 3
Remove from heat immediately, sprinkle with chopped herbs and cover with a lid for half a minute. Then sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
