Chicken noodle soup
Delicious and fast
Ingredients
- chicken broth 2 l
- tomato paste 2 tablespoons
- flour 2 tbsp.
- vermicelli 3 handfuls
- dry mint 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Fry tomato paste in vegetable oil until the juice evaporates from it. Add flour and mint to it and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add 1-2 ladles of broth to the mass and mix so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Heat the rest of the broth and add what was fried .. as it boils, salt, pepper and add the vermicelli. Bring the vermicelli to readiness over low heat.
