Pilaf with chicken
Ingredients
- rice 150 g
- chicken fillet 200 g
- carrots 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- a tomato
- arugula
- salt and spices KOTANYI
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare frying in a frying pan: fry finely chopped onions with grated carrots. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add the finely chopped chicken pieces.
Step 2
Then add rice and fill with water (1: 3). Salt. Let it simmer on the fire for 40 minutes.
Step 3
When ready, serve with fresh vegetables and arugula.
