Jadzhik on yogurt with fresh cucumber
Jajik - cold soup with cucumbers in sour milk. Until the cold comes and autumn lingers on the road, try to cook it instead of okroshka.
Ingredients
- fresh small cucumbers -320g
- garlic - 8g
- mason 1.5% - 1 liter
- fresh mint - 12 g
- dried mint - 8 g
- paprika noble - 4 g
- olive oil - 20 g
- salt - 4 g
