Baked trout with vegetables
Ingredients
- trout steak 1 pc.
- zucchini 0.5 pcs.
- fresh peas
- celery
- lettuce leaves
- tomato 1 pc.
- lemon juice

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sprinkle the trout steak with lemon juice on both sides and salt and pepper. We let it brew for half an hour or an hour. If you have time, you can leave it overnight.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We wrap the trout in foil and send to bake for 45 minutes.
Step 3
