Ingredients
- Chicken Cornish - 4 pcs
- vegetable oil - 80 g
- quince - 60 g
- cream 33% - 650ml
- fenugreek - 2 g
- garlic - 15 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Fry the chicken under the press until golden brown in oil for 10-15 minutes on each side. Cut each chicken into 6 pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Heat the cream and simmer over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and spices, strain through a fine sieve.
Step 3
Place the chicken on a hot, portioned clay mold and pour over the sauce. Decorate with cilantro.
