Thick tomato soup with minced meat

- minced meat 450 g
- water 1200 ml
- tomatoes in their own juice 400 g
- tomato paste 70 g

- curry 1 tsp
- ground ginger 1 tsp
- garlic 3 cloves
- vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Fry the minced meat in a dry frying pan until tender.

Transfer the minced meat to a plate.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings.

Peel the garlic and cut into slices.

Peel the sour apple and cut into strips.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan in which the minced meat was fried. Place onion, garlic and apples. Add curry and ginger. Simmer everything until soft.
