Lasagne with Bechamel sauce
Ingredients
- milk 700 ml
- butter 50 g
- flour 50 g
- nutmeg 1 tsp
- minced pork 600 g
- tomatoes 4 pcs.
- carrots 150 g
- onion 150 g
- hard cheese 200 g
- lasagna sheets
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sauce: melt butter in a saucepan and then add flour to it. Stir the ingredients with a spatula for 3-4 minutes until a puree consistency. Now add a little pre-boiled milk, stirring constantly. When the sauce is smooth, salt, pepper and add nutmeg.
Step 2
Then we proceed to the filling (Bolognese sauce). Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots for 3-4 minutes. Then put the minced meat, mix with vegetables and continue to fry. Add tomatoes chopped in a blender to the meat. Salt, pepper and leave to simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Now let's get down to the most important thing! Pour some Béchamel sauce into a baking sheet, then add minced meat, grated cheese and lasagna sheets. Repeat the previous step 3 times, forming 4 layers. Fill the top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
We bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 ° C.
