Chicken noodle soup with porcini mushrooms
For this noodle soup, first prepare the rich vegetable broth, then add the chicken and lastly add the egg noodles.

- porcini mushrooms - 400 g
- shallots - 600 g
- carrots - 200 g
- egg noodles - 400 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the broth over low heat until saturated, 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Chop potatoes and carrots at random, add to broth.
Step 3
