Dumplings in a frying pan

Ingredients
- flour (dough) 500 g
- chicken egg (dough) 1 pc.
- milk (dough) 200 ml
- vinegar 9% (dough) 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil (dough) 1 tbsp.
- salt (dough) 1 pinch (s)
- carrots 1 pc.
- onions 2 pcs.
- rice 100 g
- minced meat 500 g
- parsley greens 1 bunch (s)
- salt 1 tsp
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- spices 1 pinch (s)
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- water 1/2 glass (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Knead an elastic dough from flour, eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vinegar.
Step 2
Cover the dough with a napkin or wrap it in plastic and leave to "rest".
Step 3
Boil rice until half cooked. Chop 1 onion and lightly fry with coarse grated carrots and mix with rice, adding chopped herbs, salt and spices to taste.
Step 4
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Roll out a part of the dough thinly and put a little minced meat on one edge along the entire length. Wrap the edge of the dough with minced meat in the form of a roll.
Step 6
Put the rice and carrot filling tightly to the roll with minced meat along the entire length. And again roll up a tight roll.
Step 7
Carefully cut off a double roll of minced meat and carrot and rice filling and place in a spiral in a deep frying pan.
Step 8
Thus, fill the entire pan with rolls.
Step 9
Pour half a glass of water and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil on top. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 - 40 minutes.
