Bowl of Buddha - dish constructor
The Buddha Bowl is a dish in which you can put whatever your heart desires. Shit, so that balance and contrast are present: cereals, proteins (eggs, tofu, chickpeas, beans), vegetables - boiled and raw. It is important that the food is "alive" and that the eye rejoices (the Buddha would also rejoice), so do not forget to take the most beautiful bowl.
Ingredients
- 150 g cooked rice
- 40-50 g lightly salted salmon
- half each avocado and lime
- a quarter of a red onion
- 4-5 Art. l. boiled chickpea
- a handful of young spinach
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- your favorite spice mix
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop the onion thinly and marinate in a mixture of salt, sugar and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté the chickpeas in the spice oil, 2 minutes.
Step 3
Place the rice in a bowl, top with avocado, lime, cherry, salmon, chickpeas, onions, sesame seeds and spinach. Season with oil and salt.
