Baked radish salad

Radish is so simple and familiar from childhood. It is pleasant to crunch it, dipped in salt or sour cream, or add to a light salad. Stop! It's time to expand your culinary horizons! The radish turns out to be amazingly tasty when baked - tender, slightly crispy, with a delicate fresh aroma. It can be baked with other vegetables or made the queen of a salad.

Baked radish salad
Ingredients
  • 20 radishes
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 100 g corn salad
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 6 sprigs of mint
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preheat oven to 230 ° C. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment.
Step 2
Cut the radish into halves, sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt and pour over 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, stir. Place the radishes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool it down.
Step 3
Finely chop the mint leaves and mix with the sour cream and the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the corn salad on a platter, add the radishes. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with pine nuts.
