Light salad with avocado, spicy tomatoes and couscous
Light and original lean salad
Ingredients
- avocado 30 g
- arugula 25 g
- lime 35 g
- concasse tomatoes 60 g
- olive oil 10 ml
- black peppercorns 2 g
- salt 1 g
- couscous 25 g
- green onions 5 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add a little water to the couscous and simmer in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Season the arugula with oil and season with spices and put on a plate.
Step 3
Top with small fans lay out the avocado, cut into slices, with half a lime, add the concasse tomatoes (peeled and seedless and finely diced).
Step 4
Place the couscous on the salad where there are no tomatoes and avocados.
Step 5
Garnish with green onions on top.
