A very sophisticated salad, perfect for a festive or romantic dinner.

Salad with scallops and arugula
Ingredients
  • scallops 300 g
  • quail eggs 20 pcs.
  • arugula or salad 125 g
  • for dressing: lime juice 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
  • fresh grated ginger 1 tsp
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Grate the ginger on a fine grater (we need 1 tsp). Mix vegetable oil and lime juice, add grated ginger to the dressing, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix the arugula with the dressing, place in a salad bowl or dish, top with scallops and quail eggs.
