Ingredients
  • 160 g black linguine
  • 6 large shrimps
  • 2 squid
  • yellow and red bell peppers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the heads and tails. Peel the insides of the squid, remove the film, cut into thin strips.
Step 2
Bake bell peppers in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 20 minutes. Transfer to a saucepan and cover, leave for 10 minutes. Peel the peppers, remove seeds and partitions. Cut the pulp into strips.
Step 3
Put the tomatoes for 3 minutes. in boiling water, then pour over with cold water and cut the pulp into cubes. Chop the parsley and basil leaves finely.

Put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil, salt and boil the linguine according to the instructions on the package.

While cooking the pasta, crush the garlic cloves, peel and chop finely. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add a little garlic and fry the shrimps for 2 minutes. on each side, season with salt. Transfer to a plate.

Add more olive oil to the skillet, add the remaining garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until the aroma appears. Add bell peppers and tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes, then add squid and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and basil and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the prepared linguine to the pan, stir and heat with the sauce for 1 minute. Arrange the linguini on plates, add the shrimp and serve immediately.
