Mediterranean potato salad with olives and feta
Olives and feta are iconic foods for the Greeks, while potato salad is not a classic Greek dish. Rather like this: this complex salad is based on Greek cuisine.
Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 200 g tomatoes
- vegetable oil
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 sweet colored peppers
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 60 ml vinegar
- 150 g pitted olives
- 50 g pitted olives
- 150 g feta cheese
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash and cut potatoes in half and cook for about 25 minutes. before cooking. Leave to cool.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes coarsely and leave in 6 tablespoons. oils. Remove the twigs from the basil leaves. Wash the peppers, cut in half, core and chop coarsely. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Step 3
