Vegetable salad with seafood cocktail and seaweed
Salad for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
- pickled seaweed 50 g
- seafood cocktail 80
- fresh cucumbers 1 pc.
- tomatoes 1 pc.
- chicken eggs 1 pc.
- green onion 1 pc.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and cut into cubes. Boil the egg, cool under cold water and chop too. Drain the marinade from the canned seafood cocktail and chop the tentacles of the octopus and smaller squid.
Step 2
Mix everything together, add pickled seaweed, green onions, lemon juice, pepper. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
