Festive Chicken and Octopus Salad
I offer you just a bombically delicious and delicate salad for any festive table, a great alternative to the traditional “Olivier” and “Mimosa”!
Ingredients
- chicken breast (fillet, grilled or boiled) 1 pc.
- octopus (canned in oil) 180 g
- potatoes (boiled) 2 pcs.
- carrots (boiled) 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- green onions - to taste
- green peas (canned) 4 tbsp.
- pickled cucumber gherkin 150 g
- mandarin (sweet, pitted) 0.5 pcs.
- allspice (through the mill) - to taste
- mayonnaise - for dressing
