Pork shashlik on the grill. With Maheev marinade - always great taste!
Country version of a simple pork neck shashlik with fresh vegetables and herbs, served with homemade sour cream sauce.
- pork neck. 2 Kg
- marinade Maheev "Garlic". 200 g
- radish. 1 bundle
- green onions. 1 bundle
- parsley. 1 bundle
- fresh or lightly salted cucumbers. 0.5KG
- sour cream. 200 g
- garlic. 1 PC.
- a mixture of peppers. 1 pinch
- turmeric. 1 pinch
- salt. 1 pinch
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the meat into a large piece of barbecue and marinate for two hours. To do this, add 100 g of ready-made Maheev "Garlic" marinade to 1 kg of meat.
Fry over coals on the grill until golden brown. Until ready.
We put the finished shish kebab in a thick-walled pan with a lid and cover it to maintain the temperature.
Serve with any vegetables, ketchup and homemade sauce. For sour cream sauce 200 gr. sour cream add grated garlic, a mixture of peppers, turmeric and a little salt.
