Pork tenderloin with prunes and pine nuts on an onion pillow
- pork tenderloin 500 g
- prunes 75 g
- onion 1 pc.
- pine nuts 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Lightly fry the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain and chop finely. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Put all ingredients in one pan and mix.
Wash the pork tenderloin, dry it, season with salt and make a deep cut along the entire tenderloin with a sharp knife.
Fill the pork tenderloin with the onion stuffing with prunes and pine nuts.
