Quick salad with smoked eel

Quick salad with smoked eel
  • 300 g smoked eel
  • 70 g rocket
  • 150-200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. l. dijon mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper


Step 1
Remove the skin from the blackhead, remove all the bones. Cut the fish into slices that are easy to eat. Heat fish in a skillet or grill. It should be warm.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into 2-4 pieces, depending on the size. Mix with arugula.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing and add it to the prepared mixture. Stir. Add fish and serve.
