Chicken cutlets with pumpkin pancakes
Ingredients
- 600 g pumpkin
- 200 g potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tbsp. l. decoys
- 1 tbsp. l. flour
- melted butter
- 1 package of chicken cutlets "Petelinka"
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For the pancakes, peel the pumpkin, potatoes and garlic. Chop the garlic, grate the pumpkin and potatoes on a coarse grater, add a little salt, leave for 10 minutes, squeeze out the liquid. Add beaten eggs, semolina and flour to grated vegetables, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then heat the oil in a large skillet with a thick bottom, spoon out the round pancakes with a tablespoon, and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
