Potato roll with herring in tomato marinade

An original appetizer from mashed potatoes with herring in tomato marinade! Will be a decoration for the festive table! Serve on its own or on brown bread toasts.

Potato roll with herring in tomato marinade
Ingredients
  • herring 1 pc.
  • potatoes 5 pcs.
  • curd cheese 100 g
  • tomato ketchup TM Maheev 2 tbsp
  • dill 1 bunch (s)
  • red onion 1 pc.
  • milk to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel potatoes. Boil it and knead, add milk and butter in such a way that you get a delicate puree.
Step 2
Cut herring into fillets (select seeds), chop red onion. Add TM Maheev tomato ketchup.
Step 3
Lubricate plastic wrap with olive oil. Put mashed potatoes, pieces of herring on it.
Step 4
cottage cheese.
Step 5
Wrap in a roll. Remove the film and roll in chopped greens.
Step 6
Cut the potato-fish roll.
