Broccoli casserole
The broccoli infusion makes the regular casserole a sophisticated and healthier dish. Green sprouts of broccoli do not require long processing before cooking, it goes well with many foods, including vegetables. Eggs and cream add tenderness to the zapenkanka and help it keep its shape.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 200 g
- onion - 140 g
- chicken egg - 8 pcs.
- broccoli - 80 g
- curry paste - 4 g
- salt - 4 g
- cream - 160 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until tender, peel and cut into slices.
Step 2
Cut the onion into four parts, cross-to-cross, and chop into strips.
Step 3
Shake the egg with the cream and curry paste.
Step 4
Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences.
Step 5
Fry the onions in vegetable oil in a large deep frying pan. As soon as it becomes transparent, add the potatoes and continue to fry. Salt.
Step 6
Spread the fried vegetables evenly over the pan.
Step 7
Put broccoli with potatoes and onions and pour over the egg mass.
Step 8
As soon as the edges of the mass begin to harden and fry, cover the pan tightly with a lid or foil and put in an oven preheated to 180-190 C for 20-25 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the prepared casserole from the oven, and, without removing the lid, let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
Step 10
Use a spatula to turn the casserole so the toasted side up and transfer to a platter.
