Cauliflower and pasta casserole with cheese crust
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 300 g penne or rigatoni
- 200 cottage cheese
- 100-120 g sour cream
- 1-2 eggs
- 130-150 g of Russian or Kostroma cheese
- 30-40 g of hard, aged cheese
- vegetable oil
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences. Dip in boiling salted water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, reducing the cooking time by 2 times. Throw in a colander, keeping about 100-150 ml of broth.
Step 3
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, egg and cheese, grated on a fine grater until smooth. Add broth, cabbage and pasta. Mix gently. Place in an ovenproof dish greased with vegetable oil. Flatten.
