Pizza - roll
Pizza is the most popular and one of the most beloved dishes in the whole world. Today my pizza will be mini pizzas. You don't have to mess with the dough, I use ready-made puff pastry. And so, a quick pizza roll!
Ingredients
- yeast-free puff pastry 1 pc.
- tomato ketchup 80 g
- parsley greens 10 g
- bacon 100 g
- hard cheese 100 g
- champignons 3 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes 80 g
- olives 0.5 glass (s)
- chicken egg 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Defrost a layer of puff pastry, roll it out 4-5 mm thick. Brush with tomato ketchup, lay out the parsley leaves.
Step 2
Lay strips of ready-made bacon along the wide side of the layer.
Step 3
Then sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Put thin slices of champignons on the cheese.
Step 5
Then there is a strip of cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Step 6
Next strip: olives cut into rings.
Step 7
Roll up the layer with a roll, close the edges of the roll.
Step 8
Cut the roll into 2 cm thick washers and place in a greased baking dish.
Step 9
Beat the egg a little and grease the surfaces of the rolls.
Step 10
Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

The pizza roll is ready.
