Pumpkin casserole with minced meat
Delicious and healthy casserole is perfect for a family lunch or dinner.
- pumpkin 800 g
- minced turkey 600 g
- onion 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 2 pcs.
- seasoning for minced meat 1 tbsp
- salt 3 pinch (s)
- cheese 150 g
- butter 50 g
- vegetable oil 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Peel the pumpkin from the peel and seeds, wash, cut into small pieces.
Peel, wash, dry onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Add onion, garlic, minced meat seasoning, salt to the minced meat.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add minced meat with spices and seasonings and fry, stirring occasionally, over low heat for 5 - 7 minutes. Cool slightly.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Grease a baking dish with a piece of butter. Put half of the chopped pumpkin, add a little salt. Put a layer of fried minced meat, then a layer of pumpkin again, add a little salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and place on top of the pumpkin. Close the form with a sheet of foil. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 ͦ С, for 40 - 45 minutes. Then take out the casserole, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes.
Cut the prepared casserole into portions and serve.
