A picnic is a great opportunity to relax with the whole family in nature! Organizing a picnic always requires careful thought over the menu. It is not always possible to cook the main dish at the resting place, and here you can be helped by homemade preparations - very tasty, aromatic and satisfying pork belly baked in foil.

Ingredients
  • pork brisket 800 g
  • garlic, head 1 pc.
  • marinade for shashlik TM "Maheev" 80 g
  • salt 10 g
  • mayonnaise TM "Maheev" 100 g
  • pickled cucumber 1 pc.
  • parsley, dill 1 bunch (s)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Wash the brisket thoroughly, scrape with a knife, dry thoroughly with a towel.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, cut the slices in half, make cuts with a knife and stuff the brisket with garlic for flavor.
Step 3
Grate the meat on all sides with salt to taste and spread abundantly with the TM "Makheev" marinade for shashlik.
Step 4
Wrap a piece of brisket tightly in double foil, gently pinch the folds so that nothing spills out anywhere and place in a cool marinating place for 30-120 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C, put the meat wrapped in foil on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes, then reduce the temperature in the oven to 150-160 ° C and bake the meat for another 1 hour. Then, gently, so as not to burn yourself, open the foil on top, you can check the readiness by piercing the meat with a thin knife - if soft - ready and leave for 10-15 minutes for the meat to brown.
Step 6
Turn off the oven, remove the meat from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Prepare a sauce that you can spread on bread or simply dip pieces of meat into it while eating: squeeze out a couple of garlic cloves with a garlic press, grate pickled cucumber, add Mayonnaise TM "Maheev", mix everything and sprinkle with herbs on top.
