Mexican-style rice casserole
Ingredients
- pork chop 400 g
- canned red beans 200 g
- canned corn 200 g
- rice 1 glass
- lecho 400 g
- water 200 ml
- cheese 120 g
- oregano 1 tsp.
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Place the red canned beans, canned corn and lecho into a round baking dish.
Step 2
Rinse the rice several times under running water, then drain the excess water and add the rice to the pan to the vegetables.
