Pumpkin casserole with chicken
Pumpkin season is coming. It's time to cook delicious and healthy dishes from pumpkin. The casserole is very tender and juicy.
- fresh pumpkin 600 g
- chicken fillet 400 g
- onion 2 pcs.
- nutmeg 2 pinch (s)
- salt 3 pinch (s)
- ground black pepper 1 pinch (s)
- butter 70 g
- cheese 70 g
- milk 1 glass (s)
- chicken eggs 2 pcs.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- sugar 1 tsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Grease a baking dish with a small piece of cold butter.
Peel the pumpkin, wash, dry. Cut into thin slices.
Put half the sliced pumpkin slices in a mold, add a little salt and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Peel, wash, dry the onion. Cut into thin half rings. Place the onion on top of the pumpkin layer.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices. Put on the onion, add a little salt and pepper.
Put the remaining half of the pumpkin slices on the chicken fillet, add a little salt, sprinkle with nutmeg.
To pour, combine milk, eggs, salt, sugar, stir. Pour the fill into the mold. Cover the mold with foil and place in the oven, heated to 180 ͦ С, for 35 - 40 minutes.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Take the mold out of the oven, carefully remove the foil. Spread the pieces of butter on top of the casserole.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven without foil for another 5 - 7 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and serve.
